Matsunoki-tei, is situated in the heart of the biggest ski resorts in Otari, offers 14 cozy rooms.
The dishes are prepared by the hands of a first-class cook with fresh seafood distinctive of the Sea of Japan.
We are confident that our customers will be satisfied with our dishes.
Our accommodations are conveniently located ski-in, ski-out to “Oya-no-hara” Slope, near the Tsugaike Gondola ”Eve”.
We offer slope-side ski rooms and free wide parking.

Entire chalet in Tsugaike
You’ll have the chalet to yourself.
The “Irori”, has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, “irori” fireplace, fan heater, complimentary Wi-Fi access, and a free parking.
A large rental chalet for families and groups next to the Tsugaike ski resort. Surround yourself with friends, drink, talk, laugh, and enjoy yourself to your heart’s content.
This quaint traditional 4 bedrooms and one tatami room japanese chalet fits up to 20 people.
- We require an additional 1,000JPY per person per night as a facility charge
- no meal
- ”irori” Japanese style fireplace is to use charcoal. Please prepare charcoal by yourself. You also enjoy charcoal grilling at irori, but before using, please ask staff how to use “irori”.
Cancellation Policy
We impose the following cancellation fees.
- Cancellation requests made 11-14days prior to the scheduled arrival date: 10% of the total. *chalet only
- Cancellation requests made 5-10days prior to the scheduled arrival date: 10% of the total.
- Cancellation requests made 2-4days prior to the scheduled arrival date: 30% of the total.
- Cancellation requests made one day prior to the scheduled arrival date: 50% of the total.
- Cancellation requests made on the day of scheduled arrival: 100% of the total.
